Our wines are vinified, matured and bottled on the domain in our cellar. Our domain is equipped so that we can realize all the stages of production: from the work of the vine to the setting in bottles. It thus offers us a great flexibility enabling us to realize each winemaking operation at the most appropriate time.
Thanks to our new generation type of press we get the best of the fruit by applying very little pressure on the grapes.
This direct pressing is realized under controlled atmosphere in order to prevent oxidation.
The alcoholic fermentation is realized in thermo-regulated vats in our winemaking cellar.
The wines are then matured on their lees during five months.
In order to add more aromatic complexity to our wines part of the production is matured in oak casks.
